Three Beginner-Friendly Exercises

Exercising is a word you either love or hate. If you're in the second category, you might need to revamp the way you exercise. If you hate how you're exercising now, then try the hundreds of other ways available to keep your body healthy. And if you're intimidated by how to start exercising, here are a few ways easy ways to get into it.

Walking

Walking is underrated, especially among the new generation of adults. It's seen as ineffective or boring. But, walking even 2,000 steps a day has significant benefits to your lifespan. If a higher-than-normal pace is maintained while walking, it serves as an excellent cardio exercise, with relatively no complications.

Yoga

Yoga has many different intensities and styles and hence it is highly customizable. You can take it as slow as you want or as intensive as you want. There is something for everyone in it. It deeply helps in improving flexibility and stability.

No-Weight Workouts

May it be a home workout or gym, there are a plethora of exercises you can do without any equipment. From lunges to planks, every muscle group can be targeted and exercised without weights. Practicing these before moving on to weights will give you a better understanding of how to effectively use the weights.

There is never a workout that you'll regret. So may it be weights or weightless, just take the first step of your fitness journey here.
